Your new role As a System & Insight Specialist, you will support the People function by delivering high-quality analytics, reporting and system insights. Acting as a key link between People and Technology teams, you will use data and systems to improve reporting, processes and employee experience. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining people analytics and reporting frameworks Delivering high-value dashboards and reports using BI platforms Providing insights through trend analysis, forecasting and benchmarking Supporting ad-hoc and operational reporting requirements Optimising people systems, including ServiceNow HRSD Analysing workflows, data quality and system performance Driving continuous improvement across people-related processes What you'll need to succeed People analytics, systems or business analysis within complex organisations BI tools and data analysis (HR and non-HR data) Enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM or HR platforms Data integration, reporting and governance Communicating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders Experience with ServiceNow, Azure analytics, ETL tools and Lean or Six Sigma methodologies will be highly regarded.
