Oracle Fusion CX Specialists : Contract : Adelaide Your new role Our client is seeking two experienced Oracle Fusion CX Developers to support and enhance their Sales and Service Cloud environment, with a strong focus on Redwood UX delivery. This role will suit developers with deep SaaS experience who can build scalable, modern CX solutions within Oracle Fusion. Location: Adelaide (Hybrid - minimum 3 days on-site)Contract Length: Initial 3-month contract Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) What you'll need to succeed Key responsibilities Configure and support Oracle Fusion Sales and Service Cloud (B2B) Lead functional design and system configuration using Oracle Fusion CX Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements Design workflows, reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher Support testing activities including UAT, defect triage and test planning Apply Redwood UX principles to ensure a consistent, accessible user experience Assist with security setup including roles, privileges and access models Key skills & experience Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Sales & Service Cloud (B2B) Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion CX data models (accounts, leads, opportunities, activities, service requests) Experience with Application Composer and extensible objects Hands-on experience with Redwood UX framework Solid experience with BI Publisher and OTBI Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience in higher education or large enterprise environments is desirable.
