We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Event & Communications Coordinator to join a unique agritourism destination. This is a role where you’ll be right in the action, creating memorable farm connected experiences for guests. From seasonal festivals and farm-to-table events to workshops, tours and group bookings, you’ll help showcase the best of our landscape, produce and people. No two days will look the same, and that’s exactly the point. Working Wednesday to Sunday, this role requires availability on weekends when most events and guest experiences occur. What You’ll Be Doing Events: Bring events to life from concept through to pack-down, with a focus on farm, food and nature-based experiences Coordinate run sheets, timings and all the moving parts Work closely with suppliers, partners and the wider team Be on the ground during events, making sure everything runs smoothly Keep things safe, compliant and guest-focused at all times Communications: Create engaging, authentic content that reflects seasonality and life on the land Support external communications, partnerships and promotional activity Keep website content fresh, accurate and aligned to current offerings Manage guest touchpoints—from pre-visit information to post-experience follow-ups About You You’ve got experience in events, hospitality or a similar role You’re organised, proactive and can juggle multiple things without breaking a sweat You’re a natural communicator who builds relationships easily You enjoy being hands-on and part of a fast-moving environment You’ve got an eye for detail and a love of getting things just right Bonus points if you enjoy social media, content or marketing Benefits A genuinely varied role where you can use both your organisational and creative skills The chance to be part of something dynamic and growing A team that values initiative, energy and a good sense of humour If you’re someone who loves seeing an event come together and enjoys the buzz of a busy venue, we’d love to hear from you.
