As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and detail‑focused Admin, Clerical Assistant to join our supportive team. About the Role This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, has excellent attention to detail, and is confident managing time‑critical tasks. You will be responsible for preparing customer invoices, general accounts functions, WHS and compliance updating/reporting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process customer invoices daily Verify pricing, PODs and manifest data Liaise with customers regarding invoice queries General accounts/office functions Maintain compliance and WHS documentation Update training registers, policies, procedures and WHS reports About You Previous experience in invoicing, accounts, or administrative roles Strong administration and organisational skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Experience with compliance and WHS will be highly regarded, but not essential Excellent written and verbal communication Able to work both independently and as part of a small, friendly team What we are looking for Positive attitude and proactive approach Strong problem-solving skills and initiative Commitment to workplace safety and compliance Reliable and professional team player Apply now to join a dynamic company focussed on safety, compliance and operational excellence.
