Responsibilities include: ☎️Managing and staying on top of phone enquiries Front reception, greeting and billing patients Managing online bookings Supporting the Hospital in their imaging needs and fostering positive relationships Being the friendly and empathetic face of the site Enter and register bookings for patients / referrers Process paperwork such as invoices, receipts and Medicare claims About Us Fowler Simmons Radiology consists of our MSK speciality centre on Hutt St Adelaide and, now our second site, Eastwood Private Hospital which will provide a comprehensive service.
