About the company: Our client is a purpose-driven government organisation delivering utility services in South Australia. Our client is seeking an experienced Learning and Development specialist to join their busy team for a 3-month temporary assignment, with potential for extension for the right candidate. About the role: Review and update the training program, working in line with the business and operational needs as required Schedule and plan training programs including session planning, course enrolments and course communications Stakeholder engagement - proactively working with leaders across the business to ensure training needs are scheduled in advance and in response to needs and upcoming compliance/policy changes Compliance and data reporting Liasing with internal and external training partners Event management including logistics, communications, and resources as required Any other learning and development coordination duties as required About you: You will have previous experience of planning and managing training programs and schedules, across all areas and specialisations of an organisation You will have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels You will have high attention to detail You will have strong data analysis and compliance/project adherence experience You will have previous experience in using LMS, and/or Power BI Benefits: ASAP start 3-month casual temporary assignment, with the potential for further extension for the right candidate Full time hours Monday to Friday Adelaide location $57.69 per hour super Please note to be successful in this role, you must be willing to complete a National Police Check (or already hold one), and have full rights to work in Australia
