About the Role An exciting opportunity is available to join our Used Equipment Sales team as a Used Sales Administration Coordinator. Reporting to the Senior Manager Used Equipment, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Used Equipment Sales team and requires a self-driven individual, with a passion for customer service. Key responsibilities of this role Quoting and invoicing Machine registrations Preparation of Used Equipment profit work sheets Weekly distribution of Used Equipment orders listing Lodging of machines into the MyUsed and Cat Used Portals Creating Purchase Orders Reception coverage About you Relevant Certificate or previous experience in Administration or Marketing Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point, Publisher, Word, Excel and Outlook Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and unsupervised High level of organisational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Current and valid driver’s licence What you will get in return You will be part of a well-established Caterpillar Dealership and be rewarded with a career offering progression and development opportunities.
