As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our operations by facilitating smooth contract management from start to finish. In this role, you will ensure that all contracts are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies. The Contract Administrator is key to maintaining organizational relationships and helping us achieve our business goals while ensuring client satisfaction and legal compliance. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors in line with company standards and project requirements. Administer and manage contract documentation across the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and compliance. Coordinate with sales, finance, design, and operations teams to support the delivery of shade sail projects. Monitor contract performance, including project timelines, deliverables, and compliance with agreed terms. Manage contract variations, extensions, and claims, ensuring accurate documentation and cost control. Assist in preparing project budgets, tracking costs, and supporting financial reporting related to contracts. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials and services are delivered according to contractual agreements. Identify contractual risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential issues. Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, Australian standards, and company policies. Maintain detailed contract records and provide regular reports on contract status, project progress, and financial performance to management. Who We’re Looking For Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role. Relevant qualifications on a Diploma level are highly desirable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software. Experience in regulated environments or projects. Hands-on experience in the manufacturing, design, or installation of shade sails (highly regarded). Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance.
