We now have an exciting opportunity available for an EAM Functional Specialist to join us in our Transformation Services team in Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth on a Permanent Full Time basis. Reporting to the Manager – EAM Systems, you will play a key role in enhancing the way we manage assets, work, and inventory across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating across teams, and using data to drive better decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to understand Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) requirements and translate these into effective IBM Maximo solutions. Configure and enhance Maximo functionality across asset, work, and inventory management, ensuring alignment to operational needs. Provide day-to-day functional support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, system optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Use SQL and data analysis techniques to support reporting, data validation, issue investigation, and informed business decision-making. Support testing, system enhancements, integrations, data migration, documentation, and end-user adoption to ensure quality outcomes. Your background Demonstrated experience working with IBM Maximo, particularly in functional support, configuration, and process improvement. Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management processes, including work management, asset lifecycle, and inventory management. Proficiency in SQL, with experience in data extraction, troubleshooting, validation, and working with large datasets. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions. Experience working across enterprise systems, integrations, testing, and data management activities within complex environments.
