For more information, visit We are seeking an experienced Mining SME / Scrum lead the delivery of a project to develop a bespoke application. This role will play a critical part in shaping requirements, guiding the development team, and ensuring the successful delivery of a high-quality solution using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Working closely with business stakeholders, designers, and developers, you will drive collaboration, manage the product backlog, and ensure the project delivers real business value. The Scrum lead must have hands on experience with integrated production scheduling. Mine to port supply system and reporting of production is a must have experience with at least 5 years’ experience in mission critical production app. He/she must have worked in systems like Mine to Port ( MTP, MTM) for major mining facility and done extensive requirement gathering. Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of a bespoke application development project using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a well-managed product backlog. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, and technical specialists to ensure timely delivery. Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs, quality standards, and agreed project objectives. Support user testing, validation, and deployment activities. Skills & Experience 15 yrs Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum projects, particularly in software or application development environments. Strong business analysis capability including requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping. Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and facilitating workshops with business and technical teams. Experience writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and defining acceptance criteria. Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Experience working closely with software development teams and understanding the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
