We are seeking an EUC Engineer to join our Managed Services team in Perth, supporting multiple client environments. About the role The EUC Engineer is responsible for providing technical support in the operation and maintenance of end user computing systems, including installation, repair, and ongoing management of hardware, software and peripherals. You will deliver a high level of customer service while ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests. Key responsibilities Provide end user support across desktop, laptop and mobile environments Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and peripherals Manage and resolve incidents via service management systems Deliver support aligned to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) Liaise with external vendors to resolve hardware and software issues Provide remote support where required Maintain accurate documentation in line with contractual obligations Support service desk and system administration activities as required Deliver professional, customer-focused support across multiple clients Skills and experience required Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments Knowledge of SOE, AV equipment, VOIP, mobility technologies and collaboration tools Experience with Group Policy and exposure to PowerShell Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution capability Experience working within ITIL-based environments Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Qualifications Relevant IT qualification (e.g. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Additional requirements Willingness to participate in an on-call roster Australian work rights required NV1 security clearance preferred (Baseline minimum) Salary $70,000 – $80,000 plus superannuation Job Identification 665 Posting Date 04/14/2026, 03:54 AM Locations Level 10, 167 St Georges Terrace, Perth, WA, 6000, AU Apply Before 05/11/2026, 04:00 PM Job Schedule Full Time
