About the Team The Centre of VU Transitions (CoVUT) plays a vital role in supporting student success at Victoria University by delivering high-quality English language, foundation, and pathway programs to both onshore and offshore students. The team works across multiple international locations, particularly with partner institutions in China, to ensure a seamless and supportive student experience from entry through to progression into further study. CoVUT is a collaborative and globally connected team, working closely with academic staff, professional teams, and international partners to deliver programs that meet rigorous academic and compliance standards. About the Role This role is central to the effective delivery of offshore programs within the Centre of VU Transitions, providing high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure a seamless student and staff experience. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records, coordinating assessment and academic documentation, and supporting the administration of programs delivered in partnership with offshore institutions. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of work while ensuring compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements. Working closely with academic staff, coordinators, and international partners, you will play a key role in facilitating communication, supporting recruitment and onboarding of offshore teaching staff, and contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes. About You You will bring a strong administrative background, ideally within a tertiary education or similarly complex, compliance-driven environment. Experience working with student systems, managing detailed records, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders will be highly regarded. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with confidence. You demonstrate sound judgement, take initiative in problem-solving, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with diverse stakeholders, including international partners.
