About the role:  Reporting to the Program Delivery Manager, the Student Support Lead will be responsible for the effective moderation and day-to-day operations of the Ask the Expert and Student Community Forum for the current CPA Program. The role ensures forums are well-managed, discussions are appropriate and queries are handled to agreed service levels. This role will also support the implementation of the student support model and operational requirements in the Test and Learn environment. Success in this role will require strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills liaison. A keen attention to detail, analytical mindset and a collaborative approach are essential in supporting the seamless management of the forums. This role is a fixed term contract until May 2028  Your key duties will include:  Identify common queries and create content such as FAQâs Demonstrate consistent oversight of the Ask the Expert and Student Community Forum to ensure discussions are appropriate, appropriate, and aligned with program standards. Ensure student queries are managed in a timely, supportive, and professional manner that meets agreed service expectations. Communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring information shared is accurate and contextually appropriate. Build productive working relationships with subject matter experts Proactively provide relevant updates or insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
