This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leasing professional who is passionate about fair access to quality housing and delivering an exceptional renter experience. The opportunity: Working closely with a Senior Property Manager and the broader property management team, you will be responsible for the full leasing lifecycle across a modern residential portfolio. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective renters, providing a warm, professional and transparent experience from enquiry through to lease sign‑up. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing a friendly and welcoming experience Managing end‑to‑end leasing: enquiries, inspections, applications, approvals and lease sign‑ups Conducting property viewings and actively promoting properties to maximise occupancy Providing clear, accurate information on leasing processes, eligibility and requirements Working to achieve and exceed leasing and occupancy targets Ensuring all leasing activity complies with Victorian residential tenancy legislation and internal policies Preparing high‑quality written correspondence to applicants, residents and internal stakeholders Maintaining accurate leasing information in systems and databases Working closely with Property Managers to ensure a smooth handover from lease‑up to ongoing management Supporting occasional after‑hours or flexible inspections in line with leasing demand About you: You will be an organised, service‑driven Leasing Consultant or Property Management professional who enjoys being on the front line of the customer journey. You’re comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and pride yourself on clear communication and attention to detail.
