Purpose of the Role BGIS is seeking a HSEQ Systems Support Officer to support the day-to-day operation of our contractor management systems. Reporting to the HSEQ Systems Manager, you will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth system functionality, accurate data management, and responsive support. This role plays an important part in maintaining compliance, supporting users, and helping systems run effectively across the business. The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others. You bring a calm and thoughtful approach to problem-solving, communicate clearly, and are comfortable navigating systems while supporting a variety of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Respond to calls and emails from internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and helpful support Manage shared inboxes and log enquiries through system platforms Maintain accurate system data, including user access and contractor information Support troubleshooting and escalate system issues where required Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks Build positive working relationships with stakeholders and vendors Identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency Support compliance with HSEQ standards, policies, and procedures Education, Experience & Skills Essential: Experience in a customer service or support-based role Confidence communicating via phone and email with a range of stakeholders Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Familiarity with enquiry management systems and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively A collaborative approach and willingness to learn Desirable: Experience within facilities management or a related industry Exposure to contractor management or compliance systems Certificate IV in Customer Service or similar qualification Experience with web-based or mobile applications Workplace Flexibility To support your work-life balance, this role is based in the Adelaide CBD office three days per week, with two days working from home.
