Description We currently have an opportunity for a Time & Attendance Clerk to join our team at The Royal Adelaide Hospital. Reporting to the workforce Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the operations team with the recording of employee time and attendance data to ensure employees are paid in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The role is Monday to Friday usually 7:54 - 16:00, with exception to Wednesdays which require an early start of around 06:30 - 07:00. What You’ll Do (key responsibilities) This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Data Entry role, with strong attention to details Support the Operations team in maintaining master rosters Ensure roster templates are uploaded into Quintiq within agreed timelines Plan and prioritise all work volumes to meet all required timelines and desired outcomes Where required, support the Time & Attendance Hub with entry of timesheets File relevant documentation on a daily/weekly basis to ensure information can be readily accessed. Reduce error rates Coordinate and liaise with all relevant stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. Support the management team with any ad hoc duties such as compliance and other administrative type work. What You’ll Bring (experience required) Working within a rostering/ workforce management/ time and attendance team for a large business Familiarity with awards, enterprise agreements and employment contracts Working in a team environment with strict deadlines Demonstrate strong administration skills including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Experience using UKG/Kronos, SAP and Quintiq are advantageous Strong attention to detail and process focused Have an attitude of teamwork and collaboration. Ability to work independently or in a team Have excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills Ability to problem solve, juggle conflicting priorities You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
