Join our dynamic Children’s Services team as an Administration Officer/Receptionist, providing quality customer service, administrative support, and site coordination. The Role The Administration Officer/Receptionist will work within the Children’s Services Unit (CSU), which consists of various programs designed to support individuals, families, and children. The CSU aims to build parenting capacity through family supports, therapeutic interventions, development of parenting and relationship skills, and connection to community resources. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the CSU team, while managing reception duties, such as welcoming visitors and responding to enquiries with professionalism and sensitivity. You will be a proactive self-starter, capable of multi-tasking and delivering high-quality, confidential support in a dynamic environment. This is a fixed-term opportunity for twelve (12) months. See attached position description for full details. What you need to bring Essential Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check.
