This is a full time Client Liaison position, and forms part of a small friendly office team. The management are highly experienced and knowledgeable, committed to fostering the career progression of team members. The main focus of this position is to deliver excellent customer service to clients, providing regular updates and answering queries in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and answering questions promptly and professionally. Provide regular updates to clients about the progress of their home build, including milestones reached and any changes Collaborate clearly and collaboratively with the wider administration and site teams to ensure a smooth quality build process Keep accurate records in line with company processes Organise handover meetings including warranties, brochures and keys Experience Experience in a similar role for a Residential home building company Knowledge of the construction process A professional friendly demeanour & excellent customer service skills Excellent administration skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Click Homes experience and solid working knowledge of MS office products would be advantageous If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service ensuring clients home building journeys are smooth and enjoyable then this is an excellent opportunity for you.
