On Track Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a 6-month contract for our client based in Fremantle, with an immediate start available. This role will see you providing efficient and effective administrative support across multiple divisions, ensuring processes and outputs align with organisational objectives. Key responsibilities include general administrative support, raising and receipting purchase orders (Oracle experience preferred), coordinating internal and external events, assisting with reporting requirements, and managing documents using systems such as Content Manager and SharePoint. You will also support senior staff with ad hoc tasks and provide occasional reception relief. To be successful, you will have prior experience in an administrative or customer service role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
