Description Role Overview: As an Office Manager , you will provide professional and operational leadership and management to the clinic. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Day to day medical reception tasks; greeting and arriving patients, answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments etc. Support training, supervision, and development of medical reception staff that work in the Canning Vale clinic Manage the clinic’s daily appointment schedule Manage the clinic’s daily banking and other financial applications and requirements Work closely with the Area Office Manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, Regional manager, and Radiologist/s Please note: This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that involves working on reception each day. What we’re looking for: ✅ Office management and leadership experience, ideally a team leader, manager, or 2IC position. ✅ A background in radiology or healthcare would be very beneficial. (Previous Medical Reception experience will be highly favourable) ✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills. ✅ Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to respond efficiently to evolving patient and clinical needs.
