THE ORGANISATION This ASX-listed financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join its progressive and high-performing team, based in the CBD. THE ROLE Based at head office, this role will provide comprehensive day-to-day employee relations advice with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and risk management. You will serve as the Employee Relations subject matter expert f ensuring that all ER practices align with legislative requirements, internal policies, and organisational standards, while supporting consistency across the business nationally. THE CRITERIA Looking for your next challenge in Employee Relations? This is your chance to join a high-performing team as an ER Specialist.
