YOUR NEW ROLE The Head of Campaigns leads the Campaigns team to deliver audience growth, revenue outcomes and brand impact across Sydney Opera House's vibrant program of events and experiences. As part of the senior leadership team, the role drives campaign strategy and resource planning, plays a meaningful part in shaping the organisation's marketing direction and culture, and builds strong collaborative relationships across the business. Key Responsibilities/skills: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Arts Management, with 10 years’ senior experience in performing arts or entertainment marketing. Proven success leading high-volume, multi-channel campaigns that deliver commercial, audience and brand outcomes. Strong analytical and strategic skills, using data and customer insights to guide marketing decisions and drive organisational impact. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams and build senior stakeholder relationships. Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, performance reporting and coordinating multiple projects and resources in complex, high-pressure environments.
