As a People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for employee queries and a key support to the broader People & Culture team. You’ll play an important role across the employee lifecycle, ensuring processes run smoothly, accurately and with care.This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused role where you’ll balance administration, coordination and first‑level advice, while contributing to continuous improvement of our people processes.What you’ll doAct as the first point of contact for HR queries and the People & Culture inboxCoordinate contracts, employee changes, onboarding and exits through the HRISSupport hiring managers and candidates with first‑level adviceAssist with compliance training, people initiatives and HR projectsMaintain accurate employee records and support payroll and system updatesWhat You’ll NeedTertiary qualification in HR or relevant qualificationsStrong admin skills, attention to detail and a customer‑focused approachExperience with HR systems or ATS (highly regarded)Confidence communicating with people at all levels in a fast‑paced environmentLet us sweeten the deal!
