As part of this exciting initiative, we are seeking skilled and motivated professionals for the following onsite roles: Level 1 Service Desk Engineers Level 2 Desktop Support Engineers Location: Adelaide CBD (office expected near Grenfell Street) Work Type: Long & short term Contracts - Onsite Security Requirement: Minimum NV1 clearance (mandatory) ️ About the Roles Level 1 Service Desk Engineers In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users, responsible for: Managing incoming incidents and service requests Troubleshooting basic technical issues Logging and tracking tickets through to resolution Escalating more complex issues to appropriate teams Delivering excellent customer service and clear communication This role suits individuals who are responsive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced support environment. Level 2 Desktop Support Engineers This is a hands-on, user-facing role where you will: Provide onsite technical support to end users Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Support desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices Handle escalations from Level 1 support Ensure a high standard of service delivery and user satisfaction Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users are essential.
