This is a Client Enablement Manager role with MUFG Pension & Market Services based in Parramatta, NSW, AU MUFG Pension & Market Services Role Seniority - mid level More about the Client Enablement Manager role at MUFG Pension & Market Services About the role Reporting to the Lead Client Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of small-to-medium projects and client driven initiatives. This includes planning, managing, coordinating and enabling the delivery of client-initiated, and MUFG Retirement Solutions (RS) business led product and project solutions. You will work closely with our clients, senior client stakeholders, internal delivery teams and executive forums to ensure outcomes are delivered effectively, commercially and in line with regulatory obligations. You will typically manage a portfolio of 20-40 initiatives across one or more client portfolios, supporting clients with change roadmaps and acting as a trusted partner through all stages of delivery. This role will be suitable for someone with Business Analysis experience who wants to move into managing small projects with external clients. Permanent role | Open to Melbourne and Parramatta location In this role you'll be accountable for: Client & Strategic Enablement Translate client strategic objectives into clear, high-quality project and product solutions Act as a senior engagement point for clients across delivery, change and enablement activities Represent MUFG RS business at client forums, steering committees and executive presentations Promote MUFG RS business products and solutions aligned to client needs Delivery & Operational Management Plan, coordinate and enable the delivery of multiple initiatives across one or more client portfolios. Manage initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering through to implementation and closure Provide delivery assurance, issue resolution and escalation management across complex initiatives Support solution design, estimation and financial validation in partnership with Project Management Office (PMO) and delivery teams Work collaboratively with Product, Technology, Project Management Office (PMO) and Transformation teams to deliver outcomes Ensure client requirements, contractual obligations and delivery methodologies are adhered to Governance, Risk & Compliance Identify, manage and escalate delivery risks and issues appropriately Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory obligations (including APRA, ASIC and SIS) Maintain awareness of superannuation legislation and industry trends impacting clients People & Stakeholder Leadership Act as a primary delivery contact for clients on assigned initiatives, managing strong trusted working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders and delivery teams to support seamless delivery Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery processes and client experience Commercial Contribution Prepare Client Requirement Documents (CRDs) and support initiatives through estimation and approval processes.
