The company is known for its innovative printing solutions spanning UV, solvent, latex, and textile technologies, and supports customers across signage, graphics, manufacturing, and industrial applications. About the role: As a Service Technician, you will provide on‑site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for a range of wide-format and industrial printers. Install, service, and maintain wide-format printing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software components. Diagnose and resolve faults related to print heads, motors, electronics, firmware, media feeding, and colour output. Support customers through training, troubleshooting, and best‑practice machine operation. Perform firmware upgrades, calibrations, colour adjustments, and system configuration. Work closely with service coordinators and technical teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage spare parts, service documentation, and service reporting. Skills and Experience: Experience servicing printers, wide-format devices, copiers, or digital imaging equipment. Strong troubleshooting abilities across mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Familiarity with RIP software (e.g., ONYX, FlexiRip, Fiery, Caldera) is highly beneficial. Experience with UV, solvent, latex, or inkjet print technologies is advantageous. Excellent customer‑service and communication skills. Ability to travel for on‑site service work.
