To support the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to support day-to-day business operations and project administration The Role This position is primarily responsible for office and operational coordination across the business, ensuring efficient administration, communication, and support for project delivery. The Office Manager will play an important role in maintaining organised systems, supporting documentation processes, and assisting with the smooth running of multiple concurrent projects across both office and site-based environments. This is a varied role within a growing business and requires someone who can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize office operations and administrative systems across the business Coordinate project documentation, records, and operational requirements Support communication between management, project teams, contractors, and stakeholders Assist in the preparation and maintenance of contracts and commercial documentation Maintain accurate records, reporting systems, and internal databases Manage scheduling, workflows, and general office coordination across multiple projects Support invoicing, purchase orders, and basic financial administration processes (experience with Business Central highly regarded) Ensure adherence to internal procedures and operational requirements Provide administrative and organizational support to senior management Assist in improving office systems and operational efficiency as the business grows Manage and optimize office operations and administrative systems across the business Skills & Experience A tertiary qualification in law, business, or administration is highly regarded due to exposure to contract documentation and operational processes Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Office Management, administration, or operational coordination Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Experience with documentation, reporting, and office systems High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability Ability and willingness to work on-site for extended periods when required Why Join BT Energy Join a growing renewable energy company in an expanding sector Be involved in supporting a range of active and developing projects Opportunity to contribute to improving business operations and systems Dynamic and supportive working environment How to Apply Please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
