Description Oversee the preparation, submission, and management of environmental approvals and permits. Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams to implement sustainable practices and minimise environmental impact. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and key stakeholders. Provide expert advice on environmental and approvals matters to internal and external parties. Conduct environmental risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on environmental performance and compliance metrics. Profile A successful Senior Environmental & Approvals Advisor should have: A relevant tertiary qualification in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in environmental approvals and compliance within the energy and natural resources industry. Strong knowledge of Australian environmental legislation and regulatory frameworks.
