About the Organisational Services Team The Organisational Services team delivers services focused on psychosocial safety, organisational performance, wellbeing and employee engagement. Our work supports organisations to design healthier systems of work, manage psychosocial risk, improve leadership capability and strengthen workplace culture. The team works closely with organisational psychologists, WHS specialists and clients to scope, plan and deliver evidence‑based services aligned to contemporary work health and safety and wellbeing frameworks. About the Role As a Workplace Services Coordinator – Organisational Services, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of organisational services. This role is suited to someone with an interest or background in psychology, mental health, wellbeing or organisational development, who enjoys coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and supporting professional service delivery. You will work closely with the Organisational Services team and clients to scope and develop proposals, schedule and coordinate work, and support consultants in delivering high‑quality services. This is a full‑time permanent position, based in Subiaco, WA. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Client & Service Coordination Supporting the Organisational Services team in scoping client needs and developing proposals for psychosocial, wellbeing and organisational performance services Liaising with internal and external clients via phone and email, including meeting and greeting Coordinating and scheduling service delivery across organisational psychologists and consultants Acting as a key point of contact to support a positive and professional client experience Operational & Administrative Support Diary and calendar management for consultants and service delivery Scheduling workshops, assessments, meetings and other service activities Preparing internal and external reports and documentation Data entry, file creation and document management Invoicing and supporting accurate financial administration Assisting with ad‑hoc projects aligned to organisational services and wellbeing initiatives Team Support Supporting consultants and team members to deliver services efficiently and effectively Assisting with internal coordination to ensure workloads are balanced and delivery timelines are met Contributing to continuous improvement of coordination and administrative processes These responsibilities align with existing Workplace Services Coordinator functions, with a specific focus on the Organisational Services stream.
