Fetch is looking for multiple Civil Labourers with either a Spotter Ticket or Electrical Ticket to assist on a range of civil infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. Site locations: Walloon, Ipswich, Coomera, Nerang, Beaudesert, Calypso Bay, whiterock more WHAT WE OFFER: Work with Fetch, the top Construction Recruitment Company for 2023 & 2024 On-site training, working alongside experienced civil crews Opportunity to gain additional machine tickets (Roller, Loader, Skid, Moxy, Excavator) Consistent 40-hour work weeks OVERTIME Growth opportunities – Progress into machine operator roles and leadership positions such as Leading Hand YOUR DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES: General civil labouring including trenching, backfilling, and site preparation Working safely in and around confined spaces Acting as a spotter for plant and machinery when required Assisting operators and trades on-site Performing site safety checks and adhering to WHS procedures Site cleanup, including removal of debris and excess materials Supporting drainage, services, and infrastructure works EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous civil labouring experience preferred Confined Spaces ticket OR Spotter ticket White Card Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence Strong commitment to safety and following site procedures This is a TEMP TO PERM role with performance reviews at 3 and 6 months .
