Description Provide expert advice on employment relations, compliance, and legislation. Manage and resolve employee relations issues with a solutions-focused approach. Oversee performance management processes to drive organisational success. Partner with leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs. Provide Award and EA interpretation. Build strong relationships with stakeholders. Profile A successful Senior P&C specialist should have: A strong background as a Senior Advisor ideally in a blue-collar, multi-entity or operational environment. Strong ER/IR experience Working knowledge of Fair Work Legislation and Award/EBA frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive and strategic mindset with attention to detail. Knowledge of HR systems and practices to support business operations.
