IEPro are working with a well-regarded civil contractor to recruit an experienced Project Engineer to support delivery of infrastructure and TMR projects across South East Queensland. Based in Brisbane, this opportunity sits within a contractor delivering a range of civil works including road construction, earthworks, drainage and associated infrastructure. The business has a strong pipeline of work across SEQ and offers engineers the opportunity to work across multiple projects and environments. The role will involve travel across project sites, so flexibility and willingness to move between locations is essential. The Opportunity As Project Engineer, you will support the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on program, and in line with project specifications. You will work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain strong delivery outcomes across multiple work fronts. The Role In this role, you will: Support delivery of TMR and civil infrastructure projects across SEQ Review drawings, specifications and construction methodologies Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities Manage RFIs, technical queries and project documentation Assist with cost control, variations and progress claims Monitor safety, quality and environmental compliance Support project programming, reporting and forecasting Work across multiple project sites as required About You To succeed, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline Proven experience working as a Project Engineer on TMR projects Exposure to roadworks, earthworks, drainage or infrastructure delivery Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities Strong communication and organisational skills Flexibility to travel across South East Queensland as required A proactive and solutions-focused approach Commitment to safety and quality outcomes The Benefits Brisbane based role with travel across SEQ Competitive salary package up to $150k super including vehicle Strong pipeline of secured infrastructure work Exposure to diverse civil projects Supportive leadership and collaborative project teams Long-term career development opportunities Please note: Only candidates with local Australian based experience and working rights will be considered.
