Joining the Multiplex Commercial team, you'll have the opportunity to build on your skills in a high‑performing project environment. The Site Administrator will support the project's commercial team through a range of administrative and coordination tasks, including processing payments and variations, managing purchase orders and invoicing, preparing tender quotations and assisting with documentation. The role will also provide broader, day‑to‑day administrative support to the project team to ensure the smooth running of site operations. With a strong interest in construction and finance, we're looking for someone who brings experience from a fast‑paced administrative environment, a proactive, can‑do attitude and a strong work ethic. You'll be confident in negotiating and influencing, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Previous exposure to construction projects is advantageous but not essential — you'll quickly learn the lingo!
