Job Description Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa are looking for a friendly, flexible, and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team, someone who can confidently assist across both Front Office and Housekeeping operations on a casual basis This is a hands-on, dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a guest-facing environment. You'll be a key part role in the overall hotel experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out, while also assisting within housekeeping operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth Assist with housekeeping duties including servicing rooms and public areas as required Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly Support linen handling, room setup, and presentation standards Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to brand and cleanliness standards Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records Shift Details (subject to change): Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday Shift times scheduled within 6:00am to 10:00pm Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $33.38 per hour Saturday: $40.05 per hour Sunday: $46.73 per hour
