About the Role The Venue Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring seamless service across bar, bistro, gaming, and accommodation. This hands‑on position requires a leader who can balance people management, compliance, financial oversight, and guest experience. The role involves mentoring a diverse team, maintaining operational standards, managing stock and rostering, and contributing to the venue's ongoing community presence.
