About the role: Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll support the delivery of payroll services across Australia and New Zealand , learning the full payroll lifecycle while building strong foundations in compliance, accuracy, and stakeholder service. This role is ideal if you’re: Early in your payroll or HR career; Motivated to learn and grow into a specialist role; and Looking for exposure to payroll in a complex, multi‑award environment. What you’ll be doing: With training and support, you will: Assist with weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll processing for AU & NZ employees; Support accurate payroll data entry, validation, and reconciliation; Maintain employee records, including starters, leavers, and contract changes; Help ensure payroll compliance with awards and legislation; Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers; Support payroll reporting, audits, and documentation; and Contribute to process improvements and payroll projects.
