My client, a leading electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Victoria is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and industrial projects. This is a key role within a high-performing business known for delivering major projects across the state. You will take full ownership of large-scale jobs from pre-construction through to delivery, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery across infrastructure and industrial works Manage project teams including PMs, engineers, and site staff Oversee programming, procurement, cost control, and commercial outcomes Drive client relationships and stakeholder engagement Identify and manage project risks and opportunities Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards About You Proven experience as a Project/Senior Project Manager within an electrical contractor Background delivering infrastructure, utilities, or industrial projects Commercially aware with solid contract and financial management skills Confident managing large projects Excellent client-facing and leadership capabilities Relevant electrical or engineering qualifications Why Join?
