This is a rewarding opportunity to develop your experience as a licensed surveyor, making key decisions alongside other senior stakeholders in the business. The business has plenty of work, so you are not required to bring in lots of new business; you would be more focused on incoming work directly from existing clients, such as developers and builders. You will be able to WFH as much as you like and have free rein to manage the cadastral side of the business. About the Licensed Surveyor Role Preparing accurate survey plans, drawings, and reports in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Preparing, lodging and monitoring land division applications through the portal Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met Providing expert advice and guidance on surveying-related matters Mentoring and training junior surveyors to develop their skills and expertise once on board Licensed Surveyor Experience & Skills Registered / Licensed Surveyor in Australia, or close to completing PTA Strong understanding of cadastral principles, land surveying laws, and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Don't miss out on this opportunity to be involved with this growing company.
