We have opportunities for dedicated and driven Site Supervisor to join our team working on projects across all of Melbourne. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the safe, successful and high-quality delivery of your assigned projects. About the opportunity Your key duties include but are not limited to: Plan and manage the overall allocation of plant, materials and human resources, to meet key project timelines for assigned projects. Liaise with all subcontractors and ensure completed works meet the required specifications. Ensure that workers adhere to Rokon safety policies and procedures at all times. Review budgets and KPI’s for allocated projects monthly and flag any issues with Area Manager and Project Engineer/ Manager. Participate in or conduct site audits, client meetings, sign-offs, safety inspections and other requirements, at appropriate stages for each project. Ensure project documentation and administration is completed as required. About you A minimum of 2 years' experience in civil construction in a supervisory capacity, experience in residential and industrial subdivisions is essential. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Hold high professional standards and negotiation skills and ensure works are completed the right way, first time, every time. A strong focus on health and safety and enjoy exceeding productivity, budget and quality targets. OH&S Induction card (white card.) Hold full Australian working rights.
