Your new roleAs a Litigation Lawyer (Associate or Senior Associate), you will work closely with partners and senior practitioners on largescale, complex disputes, with meaningful responsibility from an early stage. Your role will include: Acting on complex commercial litigation matters across State and Federal courts, and cross-border matters Drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions and detailed legal advice Developing case strategy and managing matters daytoday (commensurate with experience) Preparing matters for hearings, mediations and trials Working directly with clients and contributing to client strategy Managing discovery and evidenceheavy disputes Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers (at senior associate level) The work will be intellectually challenging and handson, with real exposure to advocacy preparation and dispute strategy rather than purely supportbased tasks.
