Your new role The Project Assistant (IPM) supports the Products & Projects Team, with a focus on supporting Key Implementation, Promotion and Monitoring (IPM) Activity Projects approved by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR). Working closely with Project Leads, Project Researchers and the broader Products & Projects Team, the role provides administrative and coordination support, including project documentation, maintaining records and systems, coordinating stakeholder engagement and research activities and assisting with day-to-day project activities in line with SaCSA processes and government requirements. Key outcomes:Assist with stakeholder recruitment, scheduling interviews and managing communications.Coordinate validation workshops, including logistics, materials and stakeholder engagement.Support data collection activities, including recording, transcription and document preparation. What you'll need to succeed Strong administrative, coordination and organisational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.Basic research and data handling capability.Experience in an administrative or team support role.
