The successful candidate will be required to work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. As a Service Clerk you will provide a high level of customer service to employees and partners within the firm in a timely and professional manner. This is a great entry level role for someone looking for a career in a law firm. You will be responsible for: opening, sorting, distributing and coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail; attending court filings and managing delivery of legal documents to courts, chambers, clients and throughout the Sydney CBD; booking and coordinating couriers for Sydney, interstate and international deliveries; photocopying, scanning and binding documents and briefs both in the office and at court; completing daily banking for the firm; making and recording service calls for office printers and related equipment; coordinating off-site archiving and storage; assisting with front-of-house, switchboard support facilities and catering support including room setups, stationery supplies, kitchens and coffee orders; and ad hoc duties as required. About you You will ideally have the following skills and experience: qualification in either a business or legal administration course; strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player with a flexible approach; reliable with a 'can do' attitude; ability to work under pressure during peak times; and strong IT skills.
