We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant who can keep pace with a fast‑moving executive team, take a brief and run with it, and bring sound judgement and initiative to everything they do. Supporting the company Directors, you’ll work across executive support, events, travel, office operations and projects — trusted to manage competing priorities and get things done with minimal direction. If you’re someone who anticipates issues, solves problems early and takes pride in delivering high‑quality work, this role will suit you. What You’ll be Doing Provide proactive, confidential support to Directors, including research, briefings, correspondence and stakeholder liaison Coordinate corporate travel and manage end‑to‑end internal and external events Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the North Adelaide office Partner with the Brand & Culture team on engagement initiatives, training and retreats Exercise sound judgement to prioritise, progress and close out executive tasks with minimal direction Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes and ways of working About You You’re organised, emotionally intelligent and comfortable operating at an executive level. You bring: Demonstrated experience in an EA, office management or business administration role Strong organisational and communication skills High levels of discretion, professionalism and sound judgement Adaptability, initiative and a hands‑on mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience in events coordination, travel management, family office or philanthropic administration, or process improvement will be highly regarded.
