The Opportunity This is a hands-on Bookkeeper role that sits at the heart of the business. Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day financial processes while supporting broader administrative and operational needs. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in an SME environment, and is confident stepping into a position with real responsibility and accountability. Key Responsibilities include: Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, and debt collection; Processing weekly payroll for a small workforce across multiple awards using MYOB; Performing daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts; Completing monthly journals, including prepayments and general ledger adjustments; Maintaining the integrity of the chart of accounts and supporting financial accuracy; Supporting cash flow monitoring and general financial processes; Assisting with insurance administration, claims, and asset updates as required; Supporting general office operations and responding to finance-related enquiries. About You! Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, journals, and general ledger fundamentals Experience processing payroll using MYOB Exposure to ERP systems, with Odoo experience highly regarded Working knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas, filters, and data handling High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability Confident managing AP and AR, including debt collection and stakeholder communication A hands-on, team-oriented approach with a willingness to support broader business needs Reliable, committed, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership Naturally inquisitive, with an interest in understanding how the business operates On Offer This is an opportunity to join a stable, values-driven business where your role is genuinely valued.
