We’re looking for a Finance Operations Coordinator / Senior Bookkeeper to take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This role supports the Operations Manager and works closely with our finance support team to keep financial processes running accurately and efficiently. The Role You’ll manage core finance operations including invoicing, reconciliations, debtor management and financial administration. Key responsibilities include: Billing & Revenue Operations Manage client invoicing Ensure billing accuracy Reconcile CRM and accounting data Accounts Receivable Monitor outstanding invoices Manage debtor follow-ups Maintain clean receivable records Financial Operations Perform daily bank reconciliations Maintain financial records in Xero Manage finance queries and internal reporting support Compliance Support statutory obligations including: BAS Payroll tax Fringe Benefits Tax Workers compensation reporting You will work with external accountants to ensure compliance deadlines are met. What We’re Looking For Strong Xero experience Bookkeeping, finance admin or accounts background Accounts receivable and reconciliation experience High attention to detail Strong spreadsheet skills Organised and process-driven Experience in professional services environments (recruitment, consulting, agency, legal, tech services) is highly valued. Work Structure This role is designed to be flexible. Typical structure: ~10:00am – 3:00pm, Monday–Friday Other part-time arrangements can be discussed.
