The Role The Bookkeeper role is a hands-on position that will see you perform a diverse range of duties finance-related duties to support the success of our client. As a key member of the Finance Team, you will support our client to maintaining financial data integrity, compliance with statutory obligations, and assists with the month-end and year-end processes. From routine month-end processes and compliance, to supporting the development of reporting, your bookkeeping experience and exceptional attention to detail will set you up for success. Duties Complete routine finance functions, including month-end processes, invoice processing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance Handle accounts receivable: issuing invoices, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving billing issues Support the completion of financial reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights to the leadership team Support frontline team members in the development of pricing and costing models Skills & Experience Experience in a similar highly autonomous bookkeeping role Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Qualifications in accounting (or similar) would be advantageous, however are not required Benefits Competitive salary package Flexible leave options Diverse and supportive team Please Note: All applicants will be required to successfully complete and pass a Police Check prior to commencement.
