Are seeking an experienced Head, Education to lead education support across the Faculty. This senior role is responsible for translating strategic education priorities into effective operational services, providing high‑level advice to academic and executive leadership, optimising service delivery, and ensuring strong compliance and governance. The position plays a pivotal role in enabling high‑quality education outcomes through strategic planning and close collaboration with academic and professional stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading high quality education support services that enable outstanding teaching and learning outcomes, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and impact Driving continuous improvement across education operations, building collaborative partnerships to improve efficiency, consistency, and service experience Providing strategic leadership on education support priorities, translating emerging needs into practical solutions and contributing to academic program development and reform Championing strong governance and compliance, ensuring legislative, reporting, and accreditation requirements are met with integrity and accountability Building capability and high performance across technical teams, through coaching, development, and inclusive people leadership that supports growth and wellbeing About you You bring senior level experience and judgement to the leadership of education support services and demonstrate: Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent professional experience, with a strong record of achievement leading education support functions in a university or comparable tertiary environment Strategic and operational leadership capability, including delivering high‑quality education services, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to academic program development and reform Strong people leadership experience, with the ability to supervise, mentor, develop, and performance‑manage professional and technical teams to build capability and sustain high performance Excellent stakeholder, governance, and communication skills, with sound understanding of university policy, compliance, and decision‑making frameworks, and the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve complex issues with integrity To keep our community safe, please be aware of our COVID safety precautions which form our conditions of entry for all staff, students and visitors coming to campus.
