We are seeking an innovative and collaborative Education Designer to join the Faculty of Medicine and Health. In this dynamic role, you will combine your expertise in learning design and educational technologies to support academic staff and enhance the quality of teaching and learning. You will play a key role in shaping curriculum and assessment design, driving innovation in online and blended learning, and creating engaging, high-quality student experiences. This includes developing practical tools and resources and applying creative solutions to emerging challenges and opportunities in education. Your key responsibilities will be to: provide expert advice and technical support to develop and enhance educational resources and learning experiences design innovative, student-centred learning experiences across online and blended delivery modes develop contemporary curriculum and assessment strategies aligned with best practice collaborate with Course Directors, academics, and teaching staff on course and module development offer strategic guidance on the effective use of educational, rich media and assessment technologies across programs support the implementation of University and Faculty policies related to teaching, curriculum, and assessment About you You are a creative and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You bring: demonstrated ability to design innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of students, staff, and the broader community strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building effective partnerships across teams excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines well-developed problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and high digital literacy experience interpreting and applying policies related to curriculum and assessment design experience in a tertiary education environment, with proficiency in Learning Management Systems (e.g. Canvas) and familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI Sponsorship / work rights for Australia You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply.
