We are seeking a motivated Rig Geologist to join a field-based exploration team in Solomon, WA. This is a hands-on role primarily focused on logging RC drill samples at the rig. Roster: 8/6 FIFO from Perth working 12.5 hours per day Start: ASAP start Length: 6 months with potential to extend - depending on client requirements Hourly rate: $70.00 - 80.00 p/h Super depending on experience The Role: Reporting to the Manager - Commissioning & Readiness, you will be responsible for developing commissioning strategies and ensuring projects are set up for safe and successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: Log RC drill samples accurately and maintain daily records. Support drill operations and assist with general field activities. Work safely and efficiently in a remote, team-oriented environment. Experience: 0-3 years' experience in geology or mining exploration. Current First Aid certificate. Valid 4WD license and ability to operate vehicles in remote conditions. Physically fit, adaptable, and ready for field work.
