Support complex patient needs, build strong care relationships and contribute to safe, high-quality outcomes. • Deliver patient centred care across respiratory services • Support or lead care plans for acute and chronic patients • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams • Guide or support students and junior staff • Maintain safe, accurate clinical records and care standards About You You’re a dedicated nurse ready to deliver safe, person centred care within a supportive team.
